BO Stores is a trading brand of BO Sàrl and is not a separate legal entity. BO Sàrl is the controller for data processing connected with this website and enquiries addressed to BO Stores.

This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its Ordinance. The GDPR may also apply where its territorial scope is engaged.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver, secure and diagnose the service, Vercel may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser, device, operating system and error information.

This data is used for operation, security, abuse prevention and technical analysis. It is retained only as long as necessary under the provider's settings and obligations.

The quote form sends your contact details, project address, products, dimensions, work requirements and contact preferences to BO Stores by email to handle your request. No user account is created. If you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide, including your name, contact details, enquiry, photographs or documents and communication metadata.

We use this data to respond, prepare quotations, perform contracts, manage projects and meet legal obligations. Business correspondence may be retained for the statutory Swiss retention periods.

Microsoft Clarity loads only after you consent to usage measurement. This Microsoft service helps us understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through heatmaps and session recordings. The quote form and its summary are masked for Clarity. After consent, Clarity may use cookies including _clck and _clsk to connect visits and pages within a session. Your choice is sent to Clarity and can be changed through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. With your consent, these services measure pages viewed, sessions, approximate region, device type and contact clicks to improve the site and evaluate campaign performance.

Analytics and advertising storage, user data and ad personalisation are denied by default. Depending on Google Consent Mode, technical signals without cookies may nevertheless be sent to Google. We do not intentionally send directly identifying details such as your name, email address or telephone number to Google Analytics.

We process data only to provide and secure the website, answer enquiries, prepare and perform services, improve communications, measure campaigns and meet legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based as appropriate on consent, pre-contractual steps or a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and managing our business.

Data may be accessible to our staff and necessary providers, particularly Vercel, Google, Microsoft and, if used, WhatsApp/Meta. Processing may occur in Switzerland, the EEA, the United States or other countries.

For international transfers, we use safeguards recognised under Swiss law, including adequacy decisions, the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or appropriate contractual clauses.

We retain data for the period required for its purpose, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries that do not proceed are generally deleted when no longer useful.
